Here i will be the methodology and finding & result of the two journals. The first is Methodology:
In the first journal Developing the Students' Ability in Reading through Speed Reading Technique there is a research design, the design of this study was conducted Collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR). This means that in conducting research the writer collaborated with one of the real teachers from Watunohu 1 Vocational High School. They will work together in planning and action, implementing actions, observing actions and analyzing and reflecting actions. In this case the writer is a real teacher and teacher as an observer. The real teacher will observe all the activities carried out by the teacher and students during the application of reading speed in the teaching and learning process. In observing the action, the research uses the observation sheet that was compiled.
In the second journal EFL Reading Comprehension Assessment journal: Some Grassroots' Voices, this study uses a mixed investigation method. A cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect data both quantitatively and qualitatively for their triangulation. The following sections describe participants, instruments, data collection procedures, and data analysis methods. There are two instruments designed to collect data from this study, namely semi-structured questionnaires and interviews. Likert scale scale questions, twenty items distributed by students. The questionnaire is completely anonymous. The survey is divided into three parts: de-mographic, perceptions of reading assessment and perceptions of reading skills.
Then the second is a Findings and Discussion:
In the first journal the results of this study also show that reading can improve students' ability to read in the first year at Watunohu 1 Public High School. This can be seen from the average score of increasing students' reading ability using speed reading after the action is 58, 77 in the first cycle where 30.84% or 8 students get a score greater than or equal to 72 In the second cycle, the average score the average student's ability to read using speed reading is 87.42 and 88% of them or 24 of 26 students can achieve the success criteria.
In the second journal this study is small scale, but analyzes the important aspects of EFL in the Indonesian context and that is the assessment of reading comprehension. This study aims to explore the perceptions or beliefs of EFL teachers and students regarding the assessment of reading comprehension at major universities in Indonesia. From data analysis, it can be seen that this topic is very complex which has many causes that contribute to its overall status.

From the two journals above we have read and understood the differences between the two journals. Although different, these two journals discuss each other's students' abilities in reading comprehension. Ok, thank you for faithfully reading my blog from the first hehe next week, I will review the discussion of the second journal so I will read itππ
